What actually goes wrong
Four ways a supplier costs you money. None of them are machining.
If you have bought machined parts before, you have met at least two of these. Here is what we do about each one.
The shop goes quiet
Three weeks of silence, then a slipped date you find out about too late to re-plan around.
You get a written update every week, whether or not there is news. Milestone dates are fixed when we quote, not after your PO lands.
Parts fail your incoming inspection
Nothing shipped with the parts, so the argument about whose measurement is right starts after your line has already stopped.
A CMM report against your drawing ships in every box. Included, not an upcharge, and not something you have to ask for.
Parts arrive contaminated
Machined correctly, then bagged on a bench next to a grinder. A clean part packed dirty is a scrapped part.
Cleaned and double-bagged to a written procedure we will send you before you order. The inner bag is opened inside your clean area.
Nobody owns the problem
The salesperson who quoted it has left the thread, and the engineer who could actually answer never joins the call.
One named engineer on your job from RFQ to delivery. You have their address, and they have read your drawing.

Cleanliness
We publish our cleaning procedure. Almost nobody does.
Six stages, in order, with what each one is for and how it is checked. We do not operate a classified cleanroom and we do not claim an ISO class for the packing environment — we tell you exactly what happens to your part instead, and we will send you the written procedure before you place an order.

How we are set up

Design review, supplier qualification, inspection and assembly are ours, in Singapore. Machining is executed by a manufacturing partner we qualified and audit — a group operating since 1980 across three plants, holding IATF 16949 and AS9100D among others.
Those certificates are our partner’s, not ours — we will not pretend otherwise. Ours is the accountability: we qualify the shop, we inspect the parts, and you deal with us.

Quality system
Certification, stated precisely.
Your parts are made under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system — our manufacturing partner has held it for years, alongside IATF 16949 and AS9100D. That is the certificate that governs the machining itself.
HsquaredTech’s own ISO 9001, covering our Singapore scope — engineering, supplier qualification, incoming inspection and assembly — is in progress. We state both, because that is the distinction a supplier audit draws, and knowing which certificate covers which part of the job is genuinely useful to you.
The rest we publish outright. The cleaning procedure is on the site. The tolerance tiers are on the site. The escalation path has a name and a phone number on it. You should be able to audit us from the website before you ever send a drawing.
