Which certificate covers what.
Machining runs under an ISO 9001:2015 certified system at our manufacturing partner. Inspection, supplier qualification and accountability are ours, in Singapore. Here is the whole arrangement, stated the way an auditor would want it.
Certification
Two sets of certificates, and they are not interchangeable.

Supplier certificates do not transfer up a supply chain — your quality team knows that, so pointing at a partner’s certificate as though it were ours would fail at the first audit. Certificate copies and validity dates are available on request.

A certificate describes a system. What determines whether the parts in your box are right is the sequence below, and it runs on every order.

When it goes wrong
You hear it from us, before it ships.
Something will eventually be out of tolerance, late, or wrong. The difference between suppliers is not whether that happens — it is whether you find out from them or from your own goods-in.
When a feature does not conform we tell you what the measurement is, what we think caused it, and what the options are: rework, remake, or a concession request if the feature is functionally fine. We do not ship a known deviation hoping it passes, and we do not let a date slip quietly and mention it at the end.
There is a named engineer on your job with a direct address, and an escalation path above them. Neither is a support inbox.

What a supplier audit asks.
Who holds which certificate?
Our manufacturing partner holds ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, AS9100D, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 — those govern the machining. HsquaredTech's own ISO 9001, scoped to engineering, supplier qualification, incoming inspection and assembly, is in progress. Supplier certificates do not transfer up a supply chain, so we state both rather than letting one stand for the other.
Can we audit you?
Yes, and we would rather you did. Ask and we will send the quality manual, the cleaning procedure, the inspection report template and our approved-supplier records. A remote audit can usually be done from documents; a site visit to the manufacturing partner is arranged case by case under NDA.
How do you qualify the manufacturing partner?

Do you accept our quality agreement?
Send it with the RFQ. We will read it and tell you at quote stage which clauses we meet today, which need a subcontractor, and which we cannot meet — rather than signing it and discovering the gap during your first audit.
