HsquaredTech is a contract manufacturer based in Singapore. We make precision parts for semiconductor, aerospace, medical and energy equipment — and we built the company around the schedule, the documentation and the cleanliness, because those are what actually fail.
Why we exist
Machining capacity is not scarce.
There are thousands of shops that can hold ±0.05 mm. What is scarce is a supplier who tells you the truth about the schedule — who says a date is slipping three weeks early rather than on the due date, who ships an inspection report before you ask for one, and who has an engineer on the call who has actually read your drawing.
Every one of those is a service decision rather than a machining one. That is the gap we set out to fill, and it is why the commitments on this site are numbers rather than adjectives.
How we are set up

Design review, supplier qualification, incoming inspection and assembly are ours, in Singapore. Machining is executed by a manufacturing partner we qualified and audit — a group operating since 1980 across three plants, under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system alongside IATF 16949 and AS9100D.
We are direct about this arrangement because a buyer finds out eventually, and finding out later is worse than being told now. Our partner’s certificates are theirs. What is ours is the accountability: we qualify the shop, we inspect every batch before it goes on to you, and you deal with us.

Who does what
Two people, and you will deal with both.
Engineering & Quality covers DFM review, supplier qualification, inspection and first-article approval — the person who reads your drawing is the person who stays on your job through delivery.
Commercial & Supply Chain covers Quoting, purchasing, scheduling and customer communication.
A company this size has an advantage worth being explicit about: there is no account manager between you and the person doing the work, and nothing has to be escalated to reach someone who can decide.
