Build-to-print, with the paperwork that has to follow it.
We supply build-to-print aerospace components with full material traceability and first-article inspection. Machining runs under an AS9100D certified system at our manufacturing partner; inspection and accountability are ours, in Singapore.
Certification, precisely
Your parts are machined under an AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 certified system. Those are our manufacturing partner’s certificates. HsquaredTech’s own ISO 9001 — covering engineering, supplier qualification, incoming inspection and assembly — is in progress.
We state it that way round because it is the distinction your quality team draws first, and because a supplier who blurs it is telling you something about how they will handle the next ambiguity.
What we take
Part families, and what drives the price.
| Family | Typical materials | What usually drives cost |
|---|---|---|
| Structural brackets and fittings | Aluminium 7075, 6061 · titanium | Thin-wall distortion; often needs a stress-relief step |
| Ground support and tooling | Steel · aluminium | Repeatability and hardened wear faces |
| Bushings, spacers, precision hardware | Stainless · bronze · titanium | Concentricity and surface finish |
| Test and inspection fixtures | Tool steel · aluminium | Datum scheme and how it will be verified |
Our manufacturing partner has produced landing-gear components, including a trailing arm, for aerospace customers. That is their record rather than ours, and it is why they are the partner.
Questions
What an aerospace supply chain asks first.
Are you AS9100 certified?
Machining is executed under an AS9100D certified system at our manufacturing partner, who has held it alongside ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 for years. HsquaredTech's own certification is ISO 9001, in progress, scoped to engineering, supplier qualification, incoming inspection and assembly. We draw that line explicitly because your quality team will, and because certificates do not transfer up a supply chain.
Can you supply full material traceability?
Yes. Mill certificates traceable to the heat or lot, retained against the job and issued with the shipment. Tell us at RFQ if you need a specific format or a particular approved mill and we will confirm at quote stage whether we can meet it.
Do you handle special processes — heat treat, NDT, coatings?
Through qualified subcontractors, not in-house, and we say which on the quote. If your programme requires Nadcap accreditation for a given process, tell us at RFQ: we will either route it to an accredited source or tell you we cannot, rather than finding out at first article.
Can you work to AS9102 first article requirements?
Yes. Send your forms or your template with the RFQ. If there is a field we cannot populate we will say so at quote stage rather than returning a form with gaps.
