A report in every box.
Every shipment carries a CMM report against your drawing — your balloon numbers, our measured values, the instrument used. Included as standard, not quoted as an extra and not something you have to ask for.
Why it is standard
The argument about whose measurement is right is expensive.
Parts arrive, your incoming inspection finds a feature it does not like, and nothing shipped with the parts to compare against. Now there is a call, a re-measure, a disagreement about datum interpretation, and a line waiting. That sequence costs both sides far more than issuing a report would have.
So it is not an upsell here. It is how we avoid a problem we would otherwise have to solve on the phone.

Measured values are given as readings rather than as a tick, because a number tells you how much margin the process actually had and a tick does not.
Methods
How a feature actually gets verified.
CMM
Dimensional and geometric verification — positions, profiles, flatness, concentricity. This is the primary method and the source of the shipped report.Surface roughness

Burrs, tool marks, handling damage. Run before cleaning and again before bagging, because damage after cleaning is the kind that reaches you.
Incoming inspection happens in Singapore before anything ships on to you. If you need the equipment list and calibration certificates for a supplier audit, ask and we will send them.
Questions
What a quality team asks.
Is the inspection report really included?
Yes, on every shipment, with no line item for it. It is included because a shipment without one creates work for your incoming inspection and a phone call for us — issuing it is cheaper than the argument it prevents.
Do you inspect every part or a sample?
It depends on the job and we agree it at quote stage rather than after. First articles are inspected in full. Production batches are sampled to a plan we state on the quote, with critical characteristics inspected 100%. If your quality agreement specifies a plan, we follow yours.
Can you work to our first-article format?
Yes. Send your template or your AS9102 forms with the RFQ. If we cannot populate a field we will tell you at quote stage rather than returning a form with gaps in it.
What happens if a part is out of tolerance?
You hear about it from us before it ships, not from your incoming inspection afterwards. We tell you what the measurement is, what we think caused it, and what the options are — rework, remake, or a concession request if the feature is functionally fine. We do not ship a known deviation hoping it passes.
