We machine precision components from one-off prototypes through low-volume production, in metals and engineering plastics, and quote every job against the same three tolerance tiers rather than a headline number.

Surface finish to Ra 0.4 µm as standard, verified against drawing callouts on request. Finer finishes are a secondary operation and are quoted as one.

Machining is executed by a manufacturing partner we qualified and audit — operating since 1980 across three plants, under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system, alongside IATF 16949 and AS9100D. Design review, supplier qualification, incoming inspection and assembly are ours in Singapore.

What buyers ask before sending a drawing.
What volumes do you take?
One-off prototypes through low-volume production, typically up to a few thousand pieces. Below about five pieces the setup dominates the price and we will tell you so rather than quietly quoting it. Above a few thousand, a dedicated production supplier will usually beat us on unit cost and we would rather say that than win the wrong job.
Do you machine from our material or supply it?
Either. We normally supply, with mill certificates traceable to the heat or lot where your drawing calls for them. If you free-issue material we will inspect it on receipt and tell you before cutting if what arrived is not what the drawing expects.
Can you hold a tolerance tighter than 10 µm?
Not as a routine commitment. Below 10 µm the constraint stops being the machine and becomes thermal control, fixturing and how the feature is measured. Send the drawing and we will tell you honestly whether it is a job for us, and if not, what kind of shop to look for.
What if the drawing has a tolerance that does not need to be there?
We will say so at DFM. Over-tolerancing is the most common avoidable cost we see: one feature called at 10 µm when 50 µm would function drags the price of the whole part up, because it changes the process, the fixturing and the inspection. That comment is free and yours whether or not you order.
