Terms of use.
These cover using this website. The terms that govern an actual order — price, delivery, tolerance, acceptance, liability — are set out in the quotation we send you, and those take precedence.

Information on this site
We publish specific figures — tolerance tiers, surface finish, turnaround commitments, cleaning procedure steps — because vague claims are useless to an engineer. They describe our general capability and our intent, and they are written to be accurate.
They are not, on their own, a contractual commitment for your part. Whether a specific tolerance can be held on a specific feature depends on the drawing, and that is exactly what the DFM review and the quotation are for. If a figure on this site conflicts with your quotation, the quotation governs.
Quotations and orders
A quotation is an offer to supply on the terms stated in it, valid for the period it names. An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing. Commercial terms — payment, delivery, inspection and acceptance, title and risk, warranty, liability and governing law — are those set out in the quotation and any separately agreed supply or quality agreement.
Your material
Drawings, models and specifications you send remain yours. We use them only to quote and to produce your parts, as described in our privacy notice. You confirm that you are entitled to send them to us and that doing so does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
Our material
The text, layout and images on this site belong to us. You are welcome to read, print and share it, and to quote it with attribution — including to your colleagues, your quality team or your auditor, which is largely why it is written this plainly. Please do not republish it as your own.
Availability
We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. If you spot something wrong, telling us is genuinely helpful: enquiries@hsquaredtech.com.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of this site.
