What we collect, and what happens to your drawings.
Short version: we collect what you send us, we use it to quote and make your parts, we do not sell or share it for marketing, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Who is responsible
HsquaredTech is a business of Flamex Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202515648M), registered at 116 Changi Road, #04-03 WIS@Changi, Singapore 419718. This notice is written against Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act. If you are in the UK or EU, the rights described below are broadly the ones you already expect.

What we collect, and why

Your drawings specifically
We know this is the part that matters. Files you upload go directly from your browser to encrypted private storage — they do not pass through an inbox and they are not publicly listed or indexed.
Access is limited to the two people who run this business and, where a job requires it, to the manufacturing partner producing your parts — under the same confidentiality obligations we accept from you. Your files are never used as samples, never shown to another customer, and never published.
If you would prefer an NDA in place first, ask on the quote form and we will send one countersigned within 24 hours. Your files stay unopened until it is signed.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and shows no consent banner, because it does not need one. Analytics are cookieless and aggregated. Nothing follows you to another site.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing. It is shared only with the service providers that make the site work — our hosting provider, our storage provider and our email provider — and with the manufacturing partner where producing your parts requires it.
Where it is held
Our hosting, storage and email providers operate internationally, so data may be processed outside Singapore. Where that happens we rely on providers that offer protection comparable to the PDPA standard.
Your rights
You can, at any time:
- Ask what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it, including your drawings, and we will unless we are required to keep a record for an order already placed.
- Withdraw consent for us to contact you.
Email enquiries@hsquaredtech.com and we will respond within 30 days, usually far sooner.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Uploaded files are stored privately and are not publicly listable. We keep access to the smallest number of people who need it, which at this size is two.
We will not pretend to a level of formality we do not have: there is no dedicated security team here. What there is, is a very small number of people, a short list of systems, and a rule that customer files do not leave them.
