The whole procedure, published.
Parts are degreased, ultrasonically washed, rinsed in deionised water to a measured endpoint, dried, inspected and double-bagged. Below is every stage, what it is for, and how we check it — plus what we do not have, which matters just as much.

We do not operate a classified cleanroom. Parts are cleaned and packed to the written procedure below, and we will send you the procedure before you place an order.
We put this at the top rather than the bottom because it is the first thing your supplier audit will ask, and because a vague phrase like “cleanroom-grade” is designed to read as a class claim while staying deniable. If a classified environment is a hard requirement for your part, we are not the right supplier for it yet, and we would rather you knew that now.
The procedure
Six stages, in order, each with a reason.
Degrease

The rinse stage is the one worth pausing on. A DI rinse that runs for a fixed time tells you nothing; a DI rinse that runs until the outflow reaches a resistivity target tells you the ionic residue is actually gone. That reading is recorded and ships with the parts.
The record
A claim you cannot check is just a sentence.
Every batch produces a cleaning record. It is the document our own incoming inspection signs against before parts are released to you — not a certificate written to reassure a customer.

Packaging
The inner bag is opened inside your clean area.
Double bagging exists so the bag that travelled through freight, customs and your goods-in dock is never the bag that enters your clean area. The outer bag is removed at the airlock and discarded; the inner bag goes in sealed. It only works if both bags are sealed in the right order and the part is dry and cool when they are — which is why the drying stage has its own line on the record.
Labels go on the outer bag only. Anything adhesive inside the inner bag is a contamination source, so part identification inside is printed on a tag placed in the bag, not stuck to the part.

Questions
What buyers ask about this page.
Is this a cleanroom?
No. We do not operate a classified cleanroom, and nothing on this page claims an ISO class or a Class 100 environment for the packing area. What we have is a written, revision-controlled procedure and a record for every batch. If your part requires packing inside a classified space, tell us at RFQ and we will either route it through a certified cleaning house or decline the job.
Can you follow our specification instead?
Yes, and for equipment makers with an existing spec that is the normal case. Send it with your drawings. We will read it against this procedure and tell you at quote stage which clauses we can meet in-house, which need a subcontractor, and which we cannot meet at all.
How do I know the procedure was actually followed?
A cleaning record ships with the parts: the procedure revision, the date, the operator, and the rinse verification reading. It is the same document our own incoming inspection signs against, not a certificate written for customers.
What about parts that cannot be wet-cleaned?
Some assemblies, bearings and coated surfaces cannot go through an aqueous process. Raise it at DFM and we will agree an alternative — solvent wipe, dry-only handling, or cleaning before assembly rather than after — and write it into the job so it is not left to the person packing the box.
Do you handle first-article and production differently?
No. The procedure is the same for one part and for two hundred. The record is per batch, so a repeat order is traceable to the revision that was current when it ran.
